2. Description of Service
SFMCMate provides AI-generated code for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), which users can review and manually commit to a GitHub repository through an OAuth-based integration. The Service does not automatically execute any code — users must manually deploy or trigger execution within SFMC.
SFMCMate is not an official product of Salesforce, and is not representative, endorsed or supported by Salesforce in any way.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated code before committing or executing it.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated code may contain errors, inefficiencies, or security vulnerabilities.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with GitHub's terms of service, as well as any legal, technical, or security requirements applicable to your organization.
4. GitHub Integration & Authorization
- By authorizing the Service through GitHub OAuth, you grant permission for SFMCMate to push code to the repository you select during installation.
- You may revoke access to the Service at any time via your GitHub settings.
- SFMCMate does not store your GitHub credentials, personal email, or private GitHub data. Only your GitHub user ID, public username, and selected repository name are stored for app functionality.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- No Warranties: This Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Use at Your Own Risk: You are fully responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use the AI-generated code in your SFMC environment.
- Limitation of Liability: SFMCMate and its creators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, execution failures, or business disruption.
6. Intellectual Property
- All AI-generated code is non-proprietary and may be freely used, modified, or discarded by the user.
- All trademarks, logos, and product names used by SFMCMate remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Termination
SFMCMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.
You may stop using the Service and revoke GitHub access at your discretion.
8. Privacy & Cookies
- The Service uses GitHub OAuth for authentication and may store a session cookie for login persistence.
- We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to analyze website usage; these tools may use cookies.
- No sensitive personal information, such as email addresses or passwords, is collected or stored.
9. Changes to These Terms
